New Orleans, Louisiana. United States. March 2nd 2006..Very close to where the levee broke, the Lower 9th Ward is one of the most devastated neighborhoods by hurricane Katrina . At 200 miles/hour, the water destroyed everything that was on its way. Six months later, the area has almost not changed. Some people try to clean up but some didn't come back to their house at all.
